coaching and training.

individual representatives, entire teams and the call center
overall.
- Shadow sales teams to identify shortfalls in performance and
opportunities for improvement.
- Develop training plans and deliver them in a timely manner to
ensure that barriers to superior performance are eliminated.
- Assist in developing scripts for sales representatives.
- Identify opportunities for synergy between departments.
- Maintain a informed knowledge of business and the regulatory
environment in which we operate.
- Track effectiveness of training and coaching through performance
improvement.
- Maintain documentation and report on training effectiveness.
- Suggest scripting, call flow and system improvements based on
observations.
- Acts as a role model to trainees. Be available for impromptu
coaching.
Typical skills include:
- College undergraduate/graduate degree.
- Proven success in a sales role and experience delivering
formal sales training, including call center or other high
volume inside sales roles.
- Demonstrated solid knowledge of sales techniques and
sales training methodologies.
- Demonstrated tremendous initiative in identifying needs
and opportunities for improvement.
- Persuasive oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated history of innovative, quality
sales training success.
- Ability to develop action plans, execute and follow through
to completion.
- Mentoring and supportive with the ability to guide
individuals towards achieving goals through influence,
collaboration and friendly, positive motivation.
